Now, for humans there is a justice system in place to help prevent laws from being broken and ultimately keep chaos from ensuing, but unfortunately in many cases it doesn't stop bad things from happening. Unbeknownst to the human population Animals are very intelligent and they communicate with one another through an organization called "The Department of Pet Services" where, in extreme circumstances the pets take it upon themselves to serve their own brand of justice.
