The world has entered a time of chaos since the bending and remanent continents were discovered with the world dragged into another war by Grimm foreign criminals and secret wars waged in the shadows that led to the scaring and radicalization of one Jackson Darby whom now to the world at large believes him to be killed in action leading him to create his own organization one takes aspects of decepticon and his own beliefs to bring tyranny to protect the freedoms of the whole he creates cobra unlike the white fang invites those of all walks of life may it be the just or unjust alike leading to an organization that whatever he lead it to be could effect the world as we know it.
