However, there were no more empty seats in the economy class so she was placed in first class.

They took Bella to the local hospital to try to save her. Bella was put in a coma. One day Bella woke up since the doctors unhooked her from the machines they had her on. She started eating right and exercising daily and like magic, the weight she thought she would never get rid of came right off.
