These girlfailures definitely aren't the best pick to be magical girls, but alas, fate has a sense of humor even in the midst of a god-killing apocalypse. Inspired by Madoka Magica and OMORI.
When sickening mockeries of divinity arise to cannibalize the gods, a group of five very troubled girls are thrown head-first into a nightmarish apocalypse. In order to stop the world from ending in a sea of gore, they'll have to manage their own problems and defeat versions of themselves they never knew existed, all the while learning the cost of their powers, the reality of the world they live in, and just how truly impossible some decisions can seem.
Power in the wrong hands can be a truly terrifying thing. It can break the unbreakable, raze the immoveable, tear hearts out of chests, and teach the ones who think they're unkillable what it really means to die.
