Every hero dreams of glory.
Me? I just wanted to log out.
Instead, I respawned as the final boss of a cursed video game, the Villain Lord himself. My job? Sit on a throne, let heroes stab me, and drop loot like a piñata. My choice? Rewrite the rules.
Now the dungeons are broken, the code is glitching, and the developers want me deleted. Too late. The villain isn't just alive...
He's running the game.
This is Error 404: Villain Lord; a chaotic tale of respawns, rebellion, and very explosive pies.

Have you ever had one of those terrible yet annoyingly pivotal moments? You know, that monumental fragment of time that flips everything you have ever known. That plot twist second that completely takes you by surprise. The one just before the storm hits and everything goes to hell. Yes? Because you see, that moment happens to be my whole damn life. It wasn't always like this though. I used to have a pretty mundane existence, happy to just get good grades and be around my friends. God I wish I could get that simplicity back, I'd never complain it was boring again. But I know I'm not going to ever get back my old life because well... I died. (Kinda) But I woke up. And I was thrilled, beyond grateful I wasn't dead. But then I realized that there was one minor detail that had changed about my reality. I was given the chance to live but it turns out I woke up as the villainess in an otome game my friend used to be obsessed with - Kingdom of freaking Hearts (I added the freaking in there for effect, it's just Kingdom of Hearts) Where, for the record, the villainess only has two possible endings 1) execution and 2) getting exiled. So Fate was like, "Don't worry, I'll save you. Here's a chance to live" and then was like "psyche, screw you. You're still going to die but I'll let you suffer a little first." So now, if only to annoy Fate by proving it wrong, I am determined to survive. I can and I will if I play by these simple rules: 1) Befriend Heroin 2) Avoid Aryn Edwards at All Costs as well as other capture targets And 3) Be the top student at the academy and become an invaluable asset to my Kingdom so I become indispensable, thus unkillable. I'm determined, stubborn, persistent and I will live passed 16. Fate made a big mistake setting me up to die. Since it threw this plot twist at me, I figure I'll return the favor. I'll be the biggest plot twist Fate never saw coming...
Just the janitor | Yandere heroes x male reader
In a world of superpowered beings, it's natural some become heroes to try and better the world such as Scarlett the Bold, Janice the shield, Mary the healer, and the one everyone fawns over: Stardust. As cheesy as it is to say, "With great power comes with great responsibility." So they formed the hero's guild under the name: Justice. To keep not only themselves in check but any future heroes who come to take up the mantle of preserving peace and justice. And then there's you; No powers, no great feats of achievement. Just a regular person trying to go about his days worrying about the future rather than saving lives. After hearing your mother complain about your need to get a job after graduation, you come across an advertisement online that grabs your attention. Not knowing what the future has in store for you, we can only pray god will have mercy on your soul. -------------------------- Hey guys welcome back to another story I hopefully won't delete after a week again! I've got nothing else going on, and I'm seeing a lack of male reader yandere stories recently. The yandere tag is filled with girl stuff that I can't read lmao. Anyways, I've got basically nothing going on outside of work so expect frequent updates. Until I hit burnout, but we'll find out how it goes. But I do hope you enjoy this story! #1 MaleReader 5/23/24 #1 Gaslighting 5/23/24 #1 Yanderegirl 5/23/24 #1 Hero 6/12/24 #1 Super 9/22/26

In the Cookie Kingdom, the cookies there are doing their regular things, and their morning routines (if they have any). It's a beautiful day! Especially for adventure! Gingerbrave, being the young adventure hungry boy he was, decided to go into the forest. After not returning for a while, about a few hours, a search party had started to find him. Eventually though, they found him on a path no other cookie had ever gone on, or even dared to walk on before. The cookies and Gingerbrave walked back to the kingdom.. But... Something... Or might I say.. Some COOKIE was off... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ {How does this have this many reads? This is so damn cringe I made this like 2-3 years ago.}Complete

Realmshift: code of the fallen
Glitched world. Broken class. No logout button. Welcome to the worst patch in gaming history. When ex-gamer Kai Mercer logs into Realmshift Online for a bit of nostalgia, he doesn't expect to wake up in a bug-ridden version of the game, missing his class, his menu, and his way out. NPCs are having emotional breakdowns, physics only works on Tuesdays, and dying deletes pieces of your memory. Oh, and someone (or something) is rewriting the rules from the inside. Now stuck in a corrupted world where players gain godlike powers at the cost of their sanity, Kai must survive on broken skills, sarcasm, and a legendary spoon. As reality starts to blur and the system glitches grow worse, he'll have to face rogue AI, unstable dungeons, and the most terrifying thing of all: social interaction. This is not the game he remembers. And he might be the only player left who's still sane enough to fix it. A light-hearted LitRPG with mystery, madness, and memes. Perfect for fans of glitchy chaos, reluctant heroes, and overpowered spoons.Complete
