It's hard to be a Clark in Split River, but especially when you're old enough to attend Split River High School. Wendy Clark knows this first hand, since she is the niece of Wally Clark. Yes the guy who died on the football field his senior homecoming game and got the stadium named after him.
Now, Wendy is pressured into being on the cheerleading squad, even though she doesn't want anything to do with it. But, on her junior homecoming game, everything changes with a little tumble and purple ankle. Soon, Wendy quits the team, even with her father pressuring her to keep up with it.
What happens when she meets the ghost of her forever 18 year old uncle, and he's able to interact with her? And what's happened to her father to make him just...disappear?
Set post season 2 (almost a whole year after the fact), but in kind of an AU where *SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER* Wally's door doesn't open (yes, I know at the time I'm publishing this we don't know what he does, but I'm still putting this here), and the veil is SUPER thin. Also, I know it's never stated about Wally having a sibling...but technically, it's never stated he doesn't. Plus, it's fanfiction.

An Academy/ Ghost Bird Fanfic. Inspired by the characters and story by C.L. Stone. This story contains characters that are similar to the Ghost Bird ones , but not quite the same. The world looks like ours to the general public, but hidden in the shadows are horrifying creatures and the extraordinary humans who hunt them. Selene does not look anything like her parents and her eyes are uncanny- leaving her parents unsettled. Especially since they never wanted a child anyway.
