Love, it's something we've been taught at a very young age; whether it be fairy tales that would always have a happy ending, or in the movies and TV shows that we watched. We are taught this especially from our parents, we are taught to love and that in return we would be loved. But then we grow up and our ideals change, we find out the harsh reality that even if we love someone to an incredible extent, they will never return that love...we would never be loved back by that person. That in the end all that we were taught and all that we deemed love was, was in fact just like the fairy tales...a complete fantasy.

Then there are people that still believe that love is not just something superficial or what our society deems as just a fantasy, they believe in finding "the one" that if they keep believing in their wish that someday it will be granted.

I hate that, it's just a self-delusion created when someone is so fixated by their own ideals that they create their own superficial fantasy in their head, thinking that every love they encounter will end the way they want it to or happen exactly as they want.
That's what I always told myself, of course I'm part of the many people that believed in fairy tales when they were young but my dreams were also taken away at a young age when my perfect family was torn apart and my ideals of a forever lasting love was shattered...

But I didn't to expect to meet him again, not ever.

 But I did.

It all seemed perfect to me, but there was something else deep down inside this stranger. "Why are you here?" I stood on my toes and tried to look taller compared to him. He rose an eyebrow. "My sister, she's here." He paused, "Somewhere." "Oh," I frowned and look to my shoes. "Why are you here?" I felt his breath on my forehead. "Me?" I placed my finger on my chest. I nodded and looked up to meet his gaze. It was hard not to get lost in his eyes. Beautiful. "I need space," I began, but I didn't know how to finish, I sighed. "To find myself."

I'm Finn Vasco but that's not quite important right now. I'm a pretty sarcastic guy if I'm gonna be honest. I'm closed off and I literally only have one friend. I might hate everybody in my school... but there's this guy there. He's... let's say, dreamy, someone who I thought would never even acknowledge my existence. That guy who was too damn good to be true, who was too good for me, who was too good for... everybody! You get what I'm trying to say. He's that cliché king of the campus and a popular and attractive heartthrob and with just one wink, he can send people on their knees... That sounded so wrong, anyway. So can you blame me for being over the moon when one day, he approached me only to what? ...To ask for my help courting my freaking best friend. I knew it was stupid for me to hope I'd even have any chance with him anyway. So I just agreed to help him. Even if I was hurting myself and potentially my best friend in the process, my best friend who has been there with me through the thick and thins, I still did it... I mean what could go wrong besides literally everything? So my plan was to just set my crush and my best friend up, and then everything would be alright... right? But of course, life doesn't like it when people have it easy. *** Highest Ranking #2 on #lgbtfiction #5 on #boyxboy #6 on #gay #8 on #teenfiction *** ~ WARNING: This story contains strong language and bullying. Imagine this: drifting off to sleep, only to awaken in a world beyond your wildest dreams. You find yourself in a different civilization, at different point in time, where magic is a part of daily life with extraordinary laws of physics. There, free energy powers everything, immortality is a given, telepathy, telekinesis, elemental mastery and manipulation of matter are facts of reality. A realm where the science of interstellar and interdimensional space travel is taught in schools and vacations are spent on other planets of different galaxies in multiple universes. Pain and sickness are non existent and light energy (intelligent and infinitely abundant in the multiverse) creates all you'll ever need. You regularly reunite with loved ones from the past and future, living in harmony, never aging and angels are amongst the general population. That, is part of the reality I call my life - more specifically, since my 13th birthday. Before understanding what it all meant, I had to go through some experiences - a subtle and gradual initiation, which shifted my beliefs and ways of how I approached/ viewed the world. My conclusion: Now, currently 33 years old (in 2024), I feel comfortable with the research I've done, reaching a point where reality to me - is the dream and the dreams, are the real reality! And, it all started with that one vision I got, as I had just turned 13. It made life look like a big simulation, partly fabricated... like in a game. Thus, I am writing this book as a kind of journal/ a collection of the key dreams, visions and astral travels I have had - all filled with adventure, magic, romance and experiences from parallel lives that helped me explore the true nature of humanity within all of creation. I could as well be super-crazy but... I will leave that to you, to decide. Just take it all in with a hint of skepticism, self-discernment and an open mind. May this help you discover your magic within. Aaannnnd, have fun reading ;)

Five Star Reviews for Atlantis Academy: "Omg this book was amazing I couldn't put it down or stop reading. I carried it with me open on my phone while I did everything just to keep reading. I need more of all of this. Epic story, epic content, epic visuals, just epic. LOVE THIS!" "Once I got into this story, I did not stop reading it. This is a beautiful story about a very awkward girl who is riven with so much pain and angst and yet... this makes her who she is and shapes her into the person she will become. The world she finds herself awakened to is magical and yet filled with the all-too-familiar cliques and tribes of the very human people who inhabit it. One word to describe the story: beautiful!" "The story pulls you headlong to the end and leaves you wanting to shout "No! Not yet!" ...If there were 6 stars, I would have given it that." *** Humanity is one secret society away from extinction. The children of Atlantis use magic to keep us safe. If they make it through the Academy. Hi, I'm Lyric. And I'm kind of a mess. ADHD, that's me. I'm a high school drop-out, late everywhere I go, and one screw-up away from being homeless. I'm a loner, and I like it that way. Who needs friends when you have a Redwood forest nearby? Trees never bully me like the kids did at school. Or get drunk and throw things at my head. After my mom died, I figured life couldn't get much worse. I thought it might even get better. Ha. The universe has a great sense of humor. I should've listened to the rumors about evil spirits. About the angry, ancient magical creatures haunting our small Oregon Coast town. But did I? No. That was my first mistake. And it might be my last. 'Cause now I'm in a battle for my life. A whole new world has opened up... a magical world I don't understand. And the blood in my veins says I belong here. But I have to prove myself to save myself. And when have I ever done that?
