Not what it seems

After the tragic and almost deadly events of the fifth year, Sebastian is faced with a harsher alternative.

Anne and Ominis arrived back at the catacomb just in time, thwarting her brother's reckless throw of "Avada Kedarvara" and saving her uncle's life.

Because of this, Solomon decides to finally take it upon himself to break his nephew's connections with the Dark Arts and the Unforgivable Curses for good.

In order to do this, Solomon uses his connections and arranges a marriage to the strictly anti Dark Arts Andreeves family back in Feldcroft, bethrothing Sebastian to their young daughter Dahlia in hopes of steering Sebastian down a better path.

But what Solomon doesn't know, or even her own parents, is that Dahlia's knowledge of the Dark Arts not only surpasses Sebastian's knowledge in every way, but almost rivals that of dark wizards.

However, Dahlia is hiding quite a few secrets, most to do with how her knowledge is so formidable in the first place and also with her own magical abilities in general. Along the way, a series of quite crucial slip ups loosens the threads of the carefully woven exterior Dahlia has fought to build and maintain for so long, leading to the dread of what would or could happen to her or her family if these secrets where to be released.

What would her upcoming sister-in-law Anne and (in some way) father-in-law Solomon think of her?

What would her parents think of her?

What would her friends think of her?

And even worse, what would her soon-to-be future husband Sebastian think of her?

Together the two must navigate this strange new norm they have been thrust into, gain each others trust, awaken the ghosts of their past and maybe along the way, bloom newfound feelings of love for the marriage countdown that will end when they turn eighteen.
