If you have not watched Star Wars: The Clone Wars and The Bad Batch then you will not understand this story very well.
THIS STORY CONTAINS MATURE THEMES.

Whatever you are thinking, those dark thoughts in your head, don't listen to them. Your life is worth more than anything in the world. All hope isn't gone.
This story is supposed to highlight how family and friends can help you when having dark thoughts. Fives and Echo have a brotherly relationship. Not romantic love. Don't make it weird. Same goes for every other clone or character in this story. It's a Clone Wars AU so that's why it doesn't go along with cannon Star Wars.

This infomation soon comes to haunt the batch as the past catches up to a certain marksman who has no choice but to 'disappear' from the universe in order to keep everyone safe but it costs him deeply. The memory of the past is fuzzy to some until a young blood female child takes the shot that ends the war against the ruthless Empire, but not only does happiness come, the past returns and not everyone is happy to discover what has happened. The Bad Batch: Tech and Vel
During the Clone Wars, the Bad Batch is tasked with a variety of missions across the galaxy. An unexpected addition to their team throws a wrench in the mix, particularly for Tech, who finds a particular connection with the disillusioned Padawan-turned-mechanic named Vel. Let's be honest... this is a slow burn, cheesy romance with just enough immersion in the Star Wars world to give us all a little vacation with one of our favorite clones. No smut, just PG-13 romance and adventure. It's like a mix of Pride and Prejudice and the Jim and Pam dynamic from The Office. Also, I did my best to keep a steady plot line and tried to think of all the potential plot holes or questions or whatnot, but ultimately, this was just an excuse to indulge in imagining a little romantic adventure for Tech.
