No longer human. It was Dazai's ohhh so great special ability. Many people would kill for it, that's for sure. Not you tho. For you having this "strong and great" ability was nothing but a curs. Along with your brown hair, brown eyes, the death of your parents and even your height and age were in a way a curs. You're a walking copy of the Dazai Mori adored to keep in the mafia. But you're not him. You're not Dazai, and you're not a boy and you don't want to die and you don't want to do this. You're not Dazai, or are you?
The former Mafia member, Dazai, having left the port mafia years ago, Mori wanting him back in the mafia and you now not being able to do anything but starve in the streets without your parents while being just so similar, what other solution really was there other than you being his replacement? The "new" port mafia member... or were you really new or was it ever YOU in the first place?

But then, one rainy evening, he walked through the front doors of Port Mafia headquarters, soaked to the bone, wrapped in silence. He didn't offer an explanation. Just a half-smile and the same calculating eyes he'd always worn. "I'm home," he said, voice light but empty. Mori accepted him without question, as if he'd been expecting it. No punishment, no interrogation. Dazai knelt, bowed his head, and was reinstated like nothing had changed-yet everything had. The younger members watched him warily, unsure whether to fear or follow. Chuuya stormed in hours later, demanding answers, but Dazai only smirked. "Just tying up loose ends," he said cryptically. Back in black, he moved through the halls like a ghost reclaiming his haunt. Old loyalties cracked. New suspicions bloomed. No one knew his true reason for coming back-whether it was revenge, guilt, or some unfathomable plan brewing behind those dark eyes. She dug deep, learning more about them than the average citizen in Japan. However, she was caught by the Mafia after taking a photo with the flash on and was brutally attacked. Before her potential demise, a mysterious man steps in and stops the assault. He kneeled down to her and outstretched his hand. (Y/n) kept her sights on it until the world vanished. Awakening in the hospital, she meets the man known as Dazai yet again. Out of instinct, she reaches for her most prized possession, her camera, and begins to record the encounter. Dazai warns her that she will be held "captive" by the Mafia and if she ever plans to escape, her precious camera is to be destroyed. With no other options, (y/n) agrees to stay and goes on various, but safe, missions with her captor. However, as time progresses, the true meaning by her presence is lost and she finds herself feeling affection towards Dazai.
