What if Sonic had a sister no one knew about?
Abandoned and alone, Tania the hedgehog survives each day in Alley Zone. When she discovers her mother Aleena the hedgehog on a public TV, she must embark on a perilous quest to find the home that may not want her. With the help of unexpected allies and a mysterious device that is her only source of warmth, Tania will brave a cold winter to find the family she yearns before it's too late.
This Story follows Tania the Hedgehog. (Sonic's forgotten sibling from the Japanese manga's made by Shogakukan.) This au version of her is not canon to her OG counterpart. Her character is different and not as joyful. Being a kid she still has many things to learn and old voices and walls to tear down.
A/N: HEADS UP! This story will deal with heavy themes including trauma, child neglect, poverty, and implied past abuse. It's a story about recovery and found family, but the path there is gritty. Please take care of yourselves while reading! 💛
