a valstrax driven by an impossible goal but backed up with the mind of a leader that won't give up who crashed into a snowy freezing island in a Very Far Place from where he came from and this new place is called The Barbaric Archipelago where vikings and dragons he had never seen exists but from his crash landing a frozen dragon who was long asleep wakes up
a skrill with a shattered mind forgetting most if not all of his memories who also has a not very skrill personality and a hidden past(EVERYONE LOVES A HIDDEN PAST) and a very unnecessarily Huge amount of informations and knowledge about the archipelago and all the dragons species in it
follow these two in their journey in the archipelago encountering new foes and allies and discovering new things both about the world and themselves... alright i ran out of words now soooooooooooo INTRODUCTION OVER

(just like any fan story in existence i do not own anything about httyd or dreamwork or monster hunter and i dont even own the picture of the story i just found it and used it but i dont know who made it)

Every night I dream the same dream - every night the same day returns to haunt me over and over. That day dramatically changed my life for the worst. Why did that day happen? Everyone learnt to leave me in peace in the morning. Everyone knew my deepest, darkest secret that changed people's opinions of me forever. Everyone knew my arch enemy, but only 2 people know why he is my arch enemy. My friends still talk to me, just not in the same way as they used to - it's almost as if they are scared of me, or don't want to be associated with me. One day I want this to change. Includes references and characters from Race to the edge, references to defender/riders of Berk, as well as all the main story of the movies. I don't own any of the characters, aside from any OCs I add. The characters and world belong to and are from 'How to train your dragon'. A Runaways Resolve, A Dragon Master's Legacy
You have likely seen it all before, Hiccup gets chosen to kill the Monstrous Nightmare but instead of staying to try and prove to his village dragons aren't the monsters they think they are, he leaves. Abandons the world he knows for a world of possibility, a world where he can be him, be free. What if he is one day discovered by a group of dragon riders and chose to join them as they had adventure after adventure. It would be a good life but of course it would never stay so happy, things would change sometimes for the better sometimes for worse. Old scars would surface, old lives reappear and new faces vanish, how would this affect him. Well shall we find out? I don't own the How To Train Your Dragon franchise of course and this is all done for fun. You know the legal stuff. I also don't own the image, I got it off of google as one could expect. For now the story isn't Mature though this may change in the future as I continue so I will make sure to change that if it becomes necessary, just an early warning just in case I break a guideline.

The dragon gently puffed frost in my face. Small, gleaming white teeth caught the snow. No matter how brilliant this dragon looked, however, I couldn't fight back the only other thought that was running through my head. I was gonna die. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kiara has lived on her own for as long as she can remember. But when she finds her fate caught with the Dragon Riders, secrets are uncovered about her identity, and she has to choose between fighting her father...or facing the only friends she'd ever known in battle. Secrets, betrayal, and lies, all circling Kiara's life as she struggles to fit in with the Riders, and find where her fate truly stands. OLD: While I'm very proud for this being my first completed major project, it's still old as hell, several things make 0 sense and there's a lot of random convoluted stuff and little consistency, especially in characters. This was something I wrote to escape when I was down and often sleep-deprived so I just wrote what I felt like in the moment. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO ITS SEQUELS. If that isn't your thing, I wouldn't recommend this.Concluida
