The city is under the iron grip of crime lord Falcone, whose influence reaches the police, politicians, and every corner of the criminal underworld. Determined to bring justice in a city where the law has failed, Bruce begins testing his skills, his mind, and his morality, setting the foundation for the legendary Batman.

Meanwhile, across the multiverse, Mosi Carter-guardian and weaver of the Anansiverse threads-detects a faint but crucial thread belonging to Bruce Wayne. Though the thread reveals only the beginning of his story, it hints at the young man's pivotal role in shaping not just Gotham, but the fate of the multiverse itself. Rip Hunter, traveling through time, investigates Bruce's mysterious erasure from history, fearing that the timeline's disruption could have catastrophic consequences.

As Bruce hones his combat skills and adopts his bat persona, he faces escalating threats from Falcone, moral dilemmas that test his principles, and strange temporal anomalies that hint at a cosmic destiny beyond Gotham. The season culminates when Granny Goddness returns from a future timeline, witnessing Bruce's eventual battle against Darkseid.
