All for One succeeded. The heroes had lost and in the new world, new laws are placed and heroes are sent to a facility where their quirks are tested and taken if they do not comply.
Katsuki Bakugou is in cell fifteen. Next door is his old classmate, Y/N L/N. They had known each other for years, but as they sit in front of each other with a glass wall between them, they hardly recognise each other anymore.
Fuelled with dreams to escape, Katsuki wants to devise a plan to once again restore order and fulfill the dreams of the many in the prison they're kept in. But it's hard, he can't do it on his own and the only person left in his corner is slipping away.
So he offers her his hand, hoping and begging for her to stand by his side as the villains of the new order test whatever relationship they have left.
