"Night has fallen. Monsters, open your eyes.
Werewolves, kill. Vampires, kill. Tengu, kill.
Corporate security, kill. Mercenaries, kill. Gangs, kill.
Counter-terror squads, kill. Cyberpsychos, kill.
Biotech mutants, kill. Interdimensional demons, kill.
Void Zerg, kill. Arcane abominations, kill.
Millions of Dream-Possessed, kill..."

The Public Safety System says:
"It's morning.
Last night was a peaceful night-
The cyberpsycho killed all the monsters.
Survivors, please speak."

Li Pan says:
"First of all, I'm not a cyberpsycho.
I just have a slightly elevated spiritual awareness."

NIGHT CITY LEGENDS: The Anthem of Jax Maddox by CSHalloway28
8 parts Ongoing
Jax Maddox was born with nothing but a dream, a sharp tongue, and a voice that could cut through steel. With his signature blonde hair, striking blue eyes, and smile that stole hearts- or left them broken, he looked like he had it all - but the truth was buried beneath the neon glow of the city, and broken promises. Growing up in a rundown town on the outskirts of a corpo-controlled metropolis called Night City, Jax learned how to read people, charm them, and talk his way out of a fight. Music was his escape - raw, loud, and honest. As the lead singer and rhythm guitarist of a up-and-coming band, he was on the verge of something big. But behind the neon, the electric lights, and screaming crowds, things were falling apart. A volatile relationship with the bands bassist - his girlfriend - spiraled into something toxic, dragging their lives through the dirt, with problems visible on and off the stage, drugs and alcohol followed. The fame burned too fast as it quickly lit. And Jax, well he walked away before it killed him. Two years in rehab gave him sobriety - but not peace. Now working corporate security alongside his estranged father, Jax is trying to keep his head down in a city that never sleeps and never forgives. But still the music calls. And Jax Maddox isn't done yet. He's got scars, ambition, and a heart he still hasn't learned how to protect. In a world wired with corruption, chrome, and chaos, he's ready to find his voice again - whether Night City wants to hear it or not. *Disclaimer* I do not own the rights to the Cyberpunk 2077 stories or characters, that belongs to the amazing creators at CD Projeckt Red.I have simply taken inspiration. Second Run

14 parts Complete Mature

Night City never lets go-but some ghosts refuse to stay dead. Years after the fall of David Martinez, the city is still rotting from the inside out. Corpos still rule. Legends still fade. And those left behind are still trying to stitch together something human in a world that forgot what that means. Hal, a grieving widower turned reluctant guardian, just wanted to keep his kids safe-Amanda and Rebbie, the last good thing he had left. But when they're taken by a resurrected nightmare from the past, he's dragged into a war he thought he buried with his wife. Beside him stands Lucy-once a netrunner on the run, now something more. Hardened, haunted, healing. Together, they walk back into the hell they both escaped, not for vengeance, but for a second chance at something the city said they'd never get: peace. Old enemies rise. New monsters emerge. And at the heart of it all is a weaponized lie, a legacy twisted by Arasaka's greed-and a prototype chip that could birth the next Adam Smasher. But this isn't about saving the world. This is about saving their world. Blood-soaked, adrenaline-fueled, and pulsing with the scars of love and loss, Second Run is a visceral epilogue to Cyberpunk: Edgerunners-a story where hope doesn't just survive. It fights back Artist: rsef
