Thaddeus Jahann Lañega always wanted to be loved, particularly by his family. No matter how hard he tried to excel in academics, his sister still had the love, attention, and support from his parents. When he found out that Jahreid Elizar Teniego-a transferee student from the Humanities and Social Sciences strand and whom he had a crush with since the first day of school-also lived in Heina's, he wanted to became friends with him. As they became friends, he came to know Eli's sad life and slowly fell in love with the transferee whom he hadn't noticed before. When he already had the courage to confess, it didn't go well, but he wasn't rejected either.
