The Truth We Bury

A girl whose sister died accidently by drowning in a Lake, at least that is what the police declared when they called it a 'cold case'. But Sarah is haunted by that night, it replays in her mind whenever she closes her eyes. Her father (an infamous detective of his time) used to say, "cold cases don't stay cold once someone turns up the heat". Sarah has decided to be this "Someone". Secrets are exposed, more people are dead, and Sarah's sanity is tested when she visits 'Blackthorn Manor'.
