The Silence (Taekook)

‎The penthouse bedroom was a void of cold, silent air. The city lights below were a distant, sterile glow, doing nothing to warm the profound chill that had settled over Jungkook. He stood in the center of the room, his hands wrapped around himself, his body trembling, not from the cold, but from the fear that had taken root in his soul. He looked at the man on the sofa, a figure of a terrifying stillness. Kim Taehyung sat like a king on his throne, untouchable, cold, a perfect statue of indifference.

He looked at the vast, empty bed and a new kind of terror washed over him. He was a boy, so young, and this would be his first experience with intimacy. But it was not with a lover. It was with a tormentor. There was no one to save him. No one. The realization was a devastating, final blow. He was alone, and his first experience of intimacy would be with a cruel man, a man who saw him as nothing more than a toy.
