CaD12, Ben's former boss, and mentor, is running for Mayor of Sion City. As CaD begins making moves to change the crumbling crime ridden poverty stricken paradise for the rich and powerful- a war over an election brews. Nesmith sends mercenaries to assassinate CaD as the election becomes less about votes and more of a physical battlefield, as Ben and his allies at Mili-EX are tasked with protecting their old boss at all costs.
