I thought the hardest thing I'd ever have to survive was my college applications.
Turns out, I was wrong.

Try accidentally bonding with a dragon egg during a freak thunderstorm wrong.

Now there's a voice in my head that definitely isn't mine, shadows that move when they shouldn't, and monsters that apparently think I'm a five-star meal. Oh--and did I mention the four strange knights from another world who keep trying to kidnap me?

Suddenly, I'm caught between two worlds: the human one I've always known, and another full of knights, dragons, magic, and an academy full of war-hungry elites I was never meant to stumble into.

And somewhere between not dying, escaping every kidnapping attempt, figuring out how to raise a baby dragon, and trying to understand why one very infuriating (and ridiculously handsome) knight who clearly wants me dead.

I'm starting to realize the real danger might not be the monsters at all.

Fang Lingchu was just an ordinary office worker, heading home after work with her design plans still in hand, until she blinked and found herself in the middle of an ancient imperial drama. Bound to a strange system, all her stray thoughts and "melon-eating" commentary now spill directly into the minds of everyone around her. ----- Fang Lingchu: [Your Majesty, don't waste time in court. Your concubine and your own mother are plotting to kill you. Once you're gone, the throne belongs to someone else.] Emperor Chongde: ...Kill them all! Fang Lingchu: [Brother, your future wife is cheating at Qingfeng Baiyu Tower right now. If you marry her, disaster will ruin our entire family.] Fang Lingxing: ...This engagement is canceled! Fang Lingchu: [Prime Minister Su, take a better look at your children. All that talent, yet every single one dies tragically. Tsk, tsk-what a pity.] Prime Minister Su: (sobbing) "Your Majesty, please grant me justice!" Fang Lingchu: [Oh? Didn't expect General Han to be that amazing~] Onlookers: Eating melons (gossip) from Fang Lingchu is truly the best! General Han: "No, wait! It's not what it looks like!" ------ At first, the entire court opposed a woman stepping into officialdom. Yet somehow, Fang Lingchu keeps "predicting disasters," uncovering scandals, and exposing conspiracies. ...And before anyone realizes it, this little melon-eating official has risen higher and higher in rank, while all of court is left in chaos.

Yao Yao was born as a little glutton, her appetite rivaling half a mountain. One day, the old Taoist who adopted her passed away in meditation. At just three and a half years old, Yao Yao had no choice but to pack her small bag and head down the mountain to find her senior master. By chance, she ended up saving a wealthy tycoon from a car accident and became the adopted daughter of the prestigious Gu family. At first, everyone in the Gu family opposed the idea. The Gu family matriarch tapped her cane and said, "Raising someone else's child? Careful not to end up with an ingrate!" The Gu family head, Gu Xuesong, said indifferently, "Picked up halfway? Who knows what kind of trouble she might bring." From the eldest to the seventh brother, their response was unanimous: "We don't want a sister!" But this little girl, rejected by the entire family, proved herself after joining the Gu household. She resolved the business partner issues that even Gu Xuesong couldn't handle, bringing in so many contracts that they couldn't sign them all. She cured the Gu matriarch's chronic leg pain, to the point where the old lady was now striding around effortlessly... Even the seven Gu brothers, one after another, benefited greatly from her presence. It was only then that the Gu family realized they had brought home a treasure. From then on, the Gu family's attitude completely changed. The Gu matriarch: "Yao Yao, do you want some cream puffs? Grandma will buy them for you." Gu Xuesong: "Yao Yao, do you want a private jet? Daddy will have one sent over to take you for a ride." The Gu brothers: "Yao Yao, do you want..." And so, Yao Yao secured herself a meal ticket-one of the highest quality! ================== Note: get access to 100+ Advance Chapters on my patreon.com/flokixy

Silver Hunger

11 parts Ongoing

In the quiet town of Eldermere, life is simple for Lyric. A quirky, awkward, and fiercely independent painter, she's nearly finished with college and dreams of opening her own studio, teaching art to kids and selling her work. By day she works among the dusty shelves of a historical bookstore, and by weekend she spends her time with Vira, whose bold, impulsive energy is the perfect counterbalance to Lyric's quiet, cautious nature. After surviving a harrowing abusive relationship that nearly destroyed her, she's wary of men, trusting few and guarding her heart closely. Then Valentine walks into her store. Elegant, enigmatic, and impossibly wealthy, he is a century-old English vampire with secrets as dark as his allure. Drawn to Lyric with an intensity she can't explain, his obsession is sparked by her uncanny resemblance to the human wife he lost seventy years ago. As Valentine edges closer, Lyric's carefully ordered world teeters between desire and suspicion. She wants nothing to do with him, yet can't deny the magnetic pull between them. And Valentine, haunted by his own past, cannot resist uncovering the mystery of this living reflection of the love he once knew. Though Lyric doesn't yet know his secret, part of her already senses the truth: he's nothing like other men. Perhaps, not even entirely human. But surely that's impossible... right?
