In the 1970s, the world nearly collapsed under the weight of its own power. A mysterious purple stone granted ordinary people extraordinary abilities, but without training, control, or limits. The streets burned with chaos, and governments fell to the terror of uncontrolled superhumans. Out of the wreckage, the first heroes rose, vowing never to let such devastation return. Decades later, the stone is nothing more than a relic of a dangerous past or so they thought. When a new generation of villains uncovers fragments of the crystal, they hatch a plan far darker than the crisis of old: to contaminate the world's food and water supply with the stone's energy, forcing unchecked power upon millions. Now, the heroes who swore to protect humanity must fight not just for survival, but for balance. Because the stone that once gave them strength may yet become the weapon that destroys them all.

[Formerly Featured!] Coming back from a vacation, with a gun pointed at her head was definitely not what Jean Saunders expected. Alas, due to her capability for getting into trouble, the city's superhero eventually recognises her and not in a good way, at all. Catching a superhero's attention is never a good thing. -------------------------- Opening and closing his mouth, he made some gestures as if he was trying to speak but he couldn't find the words to convey his message. "...what are you?" He finally managed to speak and I blinked my eyes at him. The heck? Does he think I am some sort of...alien? It's not like I'm some kind of weird species! What the heck does he think I am? "I'm human!" I said, narrowing my eyes at him. --------------------------
