Kenma isn't good with words at least, not the ones that matter. So he writes them down. Letters to Kuroo, letters he never sends, letters that hold everything he can't say out loud: gratitude, fear, and feelings he doesn't know how to name.

As Kuroo's final year of high school slips away, the distance between them grows. Practices, late night walks, and quiet routines are punctuated by unsent letters, heavy with things left unspoken.

Years later, the letters resurface, and what was once silence becomes a bridge between the past and the present. Will Kenma finally find the courage to let Kuroo in? And will Kuroo's reply be the answer Kenma has been waiting for all along?

A quiet, bittersweet story of friendship, love, and the words we never say.

💖 Across the Net - Full Book Summary Genre: Fluffy Slow-Burn Romance, High School AUChapters: 20Pairing: Kenma Kozume (Nekoma, 2nd year) x Shoyo Hinata (Karasuno, 1st year) Summary: When Karasuno joins Nekoma for a week-long training camp, Kenma Kozume is expecting nothing more than the usual chaos and exhaustion. What he doesn't expect is Shoyo Hinata-a loud, sunny first-year who somehow worms his way past Kenma's walls with nothing more than genuine smiles, spontaneous cuddles, and a mini melon bread offering. Their connection starts subtly: quiet conversations during breaks, falling asleep during late-night gaming, accidental shoulder brushes. But just when the camp ends and they part ways, life throws them a curveball-Hinata's family relocates to Tokyo after a sudden incident, and suddenly, he's just a few train stops away from Kenma. As Hinata settles into a new school and city, the two begin orbiting each other more regularly. Through post-practice hangouts, blanket forts, rainy-day hoodie sharing, and sleepy confessions mumbled into pillows, their bond deepens. Hinata becomes Kenma's comfort zone-the one person he doesn't have to hide from. And for Hinata, Kenma is the quiet calm in a world that often moves too fast. Throughout the story, both boys navigate the awkwardness of growing feelings: Kenma overthinks every heartbeat, Hinata acts before he knows why, and their friends-especially Kuroo and Yachi-watch it all unfold with equal parts fondness and frustration. Jealousy, miscommunication, and emotional uncertainty challenge them, but every moment brings them closer. From forehead touches under warm blankets to lingering glances after volleyball games, it's a relationship built on trust, softness, and the slow realization that what they feel isn't just comfort-it's love.
