Newt from "The Maze Runner" has captured the hearts and minds of fans across the world after the movies - and books - of The Maze Runner series were released. He's kind, caring, and funny - and never deserved what he was eventually given.
But what if you got to see things - read things - from Newt's point of view?
Written during the events of "The Maze Runner: The Death Cure", Newt's point of view as he slowly descends into the madness of a crank took me approximately two grueling days to spit out. One of my considered best works, I'm hoping you'll enjoy it.
DISCLAIMER: I do not own the series or any of the characters. The events and characters are purely credited to the minds of the author (James Dashner) and the filmmakers. This is simply a fanfiction about my favorite character ever.
