There is an unknown protector that always wore a mask and clothing that doesn't allow the identity to be revealed to the world. The hero doesn't really make themselves known and always does things when others least expect it. It takes a while for others to notice what had happened when they didn't realize it sooner and people start to wonder who did this act, but no one seemed to be sure.
I had no plot for this, so sorry if it's horrible
