Please, read the description.
After the Knightfall protocol he should have died so Batman could live on... however, it would seem that the universe isn't done with Bruce Wayne.
WARNING: this takes into account the events of the Arkham games: Batman: Arkham Origins, Batman: Arkham Shadow, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City and Batman: Arkham Knight... fuck SSKTJL and Gotham Knights, they're not worth your time, money and attention.
I am taking some things from Batman Beyond though, namely the Batmobile (in a way) and the general benefits of the Bat suit for this story. As for the design of said Bat suit it's going to be the Batman Beyond skin of Arkham Knight, because I'm biased and I think it works for Bruce Wayne, Terry McGinnis can keep the skintight suit as far as I'm concerned (also works out for him).
This will follow the Blue Archive story mostly to the letter, though there may be some alterations such as Kivotos having regular humans in the city alongside its usual residents or maybe encountering some groups or characters earlier than in the story.
And I might pull something from the movies as well, mainly the Dark Knight trilogy and "The Batman". Though I might take something from the others too (but not everything... Some Batman suits deserve to be forgotten).
I should also mention that Batman's gadgets from the Arkham games will return in full force, yes dear reader... Every. Single. One.... I can't promise the same for the rogue gallery of both Batman and Batman Beyond, but I'm open to suggestions in the comment section.

The Bat is dead, gods destroyed cities and killed heroes, villains had retreated and some not even created yet. Nightwing must regain control over his crazy life, a year after the death of Bruce Wayne. A story taking inspiration from Batman comics, movies and video games, with the main character of this media being Dick Grayson, the first Robin sidekick and my personal favourite DC character. I'd like to highlight that this text is based around the concept of elseworlds, multiverses and parallel worlds. None of this is attempting to be canon, I will use some canon as the base for my writings, and I will also create my own canon. His life slides into further turmoil after the sudden death of his longtime butler and confidant Alfred Pennyworth. Then, just when Bruce finally gets his life back on track with the help of former Catwoman Selina Kyle, he is forced to face an old and deadly foe Bane when he kidnaps Dick's wife and former Batgirl Barbara Gordon and their baby daughter Jane Marie. Armed with an armored Batsuit he created in case Superman ever went rogue called The Hellbat, Bruce Wayne goes into battle one last time as Batman to try to save those he cares about. AUTHOR'S NOTE: Given all the hoopla surrounding the movie Batman v. Superman, I wanted to write my own Batman and/or Superman story. After coming up with different scenarios for my story, including my own version of Batman v. Superman (which I still might write later on), I finally decided on this one (for now at least). This universe is not directly based on any specific Batman universe, It has hints of inspiration from other Batman works but ultimately its ideas I've thought of, even if something is in the story that's already been done, It's hard to do something new with these characters when there's so much out about them already, there's years of comic, live action, animated and fan iterations of the universe so it's genuinely hard to think of new events to put the character or characters through, That's why the absolute Batman universe has been getting so much love because of how different it is and how new it is because nobodies done anything with Batman's character or the universe like the creators of the Absolute Batman universe.Concluida
