The basement is about a man who loved children so much that he started kidnapping other children and puts them into the basement. People wondered what happened to the children. The children either gets beaten or worse like sexually molested. People always that Mr.Poppin was just a jolly old fellow. But it was just a cover up,in the inside he is a evil man who loves raping young children.
