"Kanha," she asked, her voice a mix of awe and bewilderment. "Where am I? What is this place, anyway?"

"This is my abode, Sakhi," he said, his voice a gentle hum that filled her with a sense of peace. "You are in Goloka."

Aaradhya's eyes widened. She had read about Goloka in ancient scriptures, a heavenly realm of eternal bliss and divine love, where Krishna resided in his truest form.

"But... how?" she whispered, the word barely a breath. "I was... I was on Earth."

•••••••

"Can I get my phone?" she asked, the words a simple, direct request that seemed utterly out of place in the celestial hall.
The question was so mundane, so human, so utterly Aaradhya.

•••••••

What's gonna happen when a cute, sarcastic, and hopeless romantic Aaradhya finds herself in the middle of her favourite epic Mahabharata..?

•••••••

She sat curled in a large armchair, completely lost, on a grand adventure of dwapar yug.

" IF ONLY I WAS THERE "

She muttered in a low, frustrating tone and closed her eyes while thinking about her 'Kanha'

"Stop following me! Just let me go and leave me in peace!" she pleaded, struggling against his unrelenting grip. "I won't. Not today, not ever. Not after finding you again," he said firmly. "I don't belong here. This isn't my place. Let me go," she begged, desperation in her voice. He shook his head. "You've always belonged. Since the beginning of time, we were meant to be together." "You'll never convince me," she snapped. "I won't be part of this farce or let you treat me like an object without a will of my own." "It's not a farce. It's as real as the sun, and you will be part of it-whether you want to or not. Your only desire should be our companionship," he declared. "Please," she whispered, one last plea as her hand inched toward her waistband. "The only thing left to do... do it for her, if not for love. " he ordered. "For love?" she murmured, shaken. Then her expression hardened. "But love was never an option," she spat, her voice dripping with disgust-before she struck with full force. It wasn't supposed to end like this. Anwesha-once a soldier by choice, not birth-had embraced duty for her nation. But one failed mission led her to the dark waters of the Ganges. Caught in a whirlpool, she accepted death like an old friend. Yet, she didn't die. She woke up in another timeline, but here, she didn't belong. A misfit, a lone coal in a chest of gold. She wasn't chosen by fate, nor favored by the gods-just an accident struggling to return home. But every path back was closed. Trapped, she resolved to be a silent observer. Yet fate had other plans. She crossed paths with the Scions of Kuru, a dynasty shaping history itself. She hadn't intended to get involved, but now she was entangled in their world, for better or worse. Can she survive in this era, or will she find her way back? More importantly-who is she, really? And why her? After all, nothing in this world, or beyond it, is mere coincidence. • Book I ~ Stuck In Time Series •

The greenish-blue orbs stared at the group gathering below as she hide behind the curtain watching the crowd. Maharishi, gurus, yogis from all over were sitting infront if the large fire chanting the sacred mantras. Her kohl drawn eyes widened as she let out a gasp, stumbling behind. Her face turned into a rosy flush as a strong hand gripped her shoulders, preventing her from falling down. " Brother...I," She began, blushing brightly as the man placed his finger on her pale lips before walking past her. She pouted and elbowed his ribs, peering from behind him. " I want to see! What's so special ?" She huffed, crossing her hands over her chest as she pouted. " Curiosity Killed the Cat...Come along...if Maharaj found us sneaking around...he would be extremely displeased," The handsome man said as he gripped her hand firmly and dragged her away. She turned her face and sighed seeing Maharaj Draupad face beaming with pride and happiness as he loudly proclaimed that Lord Shiva has blessed him and the entire Panchal nation. " Will he ever look at me like that?," she asked in a forlorn tone causing the elder man to sigh and wrap his arms around her. " I hope not! You my little one deserves more than his desire for revenge," Satyajit said as he pat her shoulder. ****************************************** Aaratrika's life changed the moment her parents conducted the yagna. She became the forgotten princess of Panchal in the awakening of Panchali. Advika, 25, recently retired from her perilous career as a spy for the Indian government. She's faced trauma that most couldn't bear in a lifetime. Now, all she craves is the one thing her life lacked-normalcy. A quiet, boring life free from the shadows of her past. But she'd never admit it, even to herself. To desire simplicity feels like weakness. Yet, deep down, that's all she wants-something real, something safe. Karna, born a suta but kshatriya by heart, is a man who defied everything society forced upon him. Humiliated, cursed, and denied his rightful place, all he ever longed for was to learn weaponry-archery, his true calling. Though denied by every royal and guru, he carved his own path, mastering the art despite them all. Now, he seeks the respect and glory he's been denied, determined to claim his place in Hastinapur, the very kingdom that rejected him. He's no longer just a man-he's an enigma, a force of sheer will. But what happens when Karna, through mysterious forces, arrives in Advika's house? In a clash of instinct and fear, she attacks first, questions later. Their worlds, separated by centuries and desires, suddenly collide. One seeking peace, the other seeking glory. Both wanting the impossible. Advika wanted a simple life after the storms of her past. But maybe it was too much to ask. Karna wanted respect and honor in the land that spurned him. But maybe that, too, was too much to ask. Though their lives are worlds apart, something powerful connects them, pulling them into a moment neither can explain. Two souls, bound by destiny, stand before each other in an era foreign to them both. And as they each seek what they desire most, one truth becomes clear-when the universe conspires to grant your deepest wishes, there's always a price. The question is: at what cost?

A MAHABHARATA RETELLING ~~~ All the other flowers in the garden were brought up to envy the rose. Maybe shun it even. And admire it, too. Unusual ways. Too-red petals, too-sharp thorns, too-sweet fragrance. If only each flower did not have a mind of its own. If only stories were truly what one hand wrote them to be. If only the blood on every thorn was the fault of the rose and not that of the hunter. ~~~ Her breathing had suddenly halted as her eyes had accidentally landed on a piece of paper carelessly tucked under the lampholder on the bedside table. It looked like the work of a royal servant who had accidentally come across it while cleaning the room and then picked it up and tucked it away. She had carefully sat up and reached for it. The hot metal of the lampholder - like the one she had seen Draupadi seamlessly remove from a counter - had almost seared her palm, as she had hurriedly but carefully pushed it aside and retrieved the folded piece of what seemed like pearlescent paper. Touching it had felt like a grave invasion of privacy, but the curiosity that had suddenly roared and raced within her like a great river breaking free off a cliff. She had hurriedly unfolded the paper and had been greeted by a not-so-perfect handwriting and a volley of letters. It was a letter. A letter that looked like someone had ripped their heart out and presented it to someone on a piece of pearlescent paper. ~~~ WARNINGS: Scenes of intimacy and violence, possible hints of self-harm or similar intentions

21 Kapitel Laufend Erwachseneninhalt
In a world where time bends and destiny weaves its own mysterious patterns, eight sisters from Kalyug - modern, spirited, curious - find themselves unexpectedly thrown back into the ancient and divine Era of Dwaparyug, the time of the Mahabharata. As they step into the grand courts of Hastinapur, the sacred lands of Kurukshetra, and the majestic halls of Indraprastha, they come face to face with legends they had only read about in scriptures: the valiant Pandavas, the wise Krishna, the mighty Bhishma, the fierce Karna, and the misunderstood Duryodhan. But this is not the Mahabharata you know. What if one of these sisters is none other than Mahalakshmi herself, incarnated without her own knowledge, drawn by cosmic design to restore the balance of fate? What if the infamous Dyut Sabha (the game of dice) still happened, but Duryodhan was not the mastermind behind it - what if he, too, was a noble-hearted prince, caught in the web of palace politics? What if Karna, instead of being torn between loyalty and dharma, stood firmly as a royalist, adopted by bhishma & the only way to tie pandav & kaurav In this twist of imagination, love blooms across time, as the sisters' modern hearts connect with the ancient souls of the epic's heroes. Bonds of love, respect, rivalry, and sacrifice are tested across centuries. This story is purely a work of fiction, a heartfelt tribute and imaginative reweaving of the epic Mahabharata. No disrespect is intended toward the original scripture, its divine characters, or the beliefs surrounding them. If you're sensitive to fictional reinterpretations, you may kindly choose to skip this. For those ready to dive into the depths of this reimagined tale, I invite you: step into the ocean of this book and discover a Mahabharata where fate itself gets a second chance. Mysterious Time Traveler in Dwapara Yuga

80 Kapitel Laufend

In the mystical era of Dwapara Yuga, there existed a mysterious time traveler-a girl who wove her existence through countless aliases, concealing her true name and identity. Only four individuals knew her intimately, forming an unbreakable bond that transcended lifetimes. Together, they navigated the ebb and flow of existence, from life to death and back again. Behind the veil of secrecy, she held immense power. Since her teenage years, she had subtly shaped the world, showing kindness to those who deserved it and unleashing wrath upon those who dared to cross her. To her loved ones, she appeared as an innocent child, her personality bubbling with warmth. But to outsiders, she emanated an enigmatic calmness-a silent force that could alter destinies. In an unexpected twist of fate, she found herself transported back to the era of great warriors-a time when valour clashed against destiny, and legends were forged in the crucible of battle. The catalyst for this temporal journey was a seemingly innocuous mistake made by someone she deeply cared for-a mistake that reverberated through the ages. She found herself reborn as the daughter of a benevolent king and queen. Three elder brothers surrounded her, their protective love shielding her from the tumultuous currents of fate. And so, she stepped into the annals of history, her modern sensibilities colliding with an ancient world.
