The Gods have always hated humanity. Nothing new. After winning Ragnarök of course they were going to annihilate all of humanity and so what if they kept the human fighters as their pets. Except it seems it isn't going to be that way.
Chaos the creator of the universe wanted two things. Entertainment and the Gods to be knocked down their high horses
And what better way to do that then to have them react to the reincarnated lives of two of the dead fighters of Ragnarök.

A thousand years have passed since humanity's narrow victory in the first tournament of Ragnarok. Against all odds, humans proved themselves worthy, eking out survival in a brutal contest against the gods. But to the divine, time has softened neither their disdain nor their judgment. The gods still view humanity as an unruly and corrupt race-petty, greedy, and cruel. And so, the Council of the Gods convenes once more, this time with unanimous intent: to wipe out humanity once and for all. Just as Zeus raises his voice to seal humanity's fate, a lone voice cuts through the room-Göll, a young valkyrie and sister to the legendary Brunhilde, who once led humanity to victory. Echoing her sister's courage, Göll demands that humanity be granted a final chance to prove their worth, to show that there is something within them worth preserving. Reluctantly, the gods agree to her proposal, deciding to hold a second Tournament of Ragnarok, a brutal battle that will determine humanity's fate. In this new tournament, thirteen gods, each representing divine power, justice, and fury, will step forward. Humanity will send forth the Einherjar, warriors chosen from across time-heroes, inventors, warriors, and kings-each partnered with a valkyrie who will become their ultimate weapon, a Völundr forged to match their unique skills and spirit. To survive, humanity must secure victory in seven of these thirteen battles. Which pretty much is a different twist on. The ugly duckling child's story but this one's more for teens and young adults. This is about girl who ugly duckling. She comes from a wealthy family. In a world that only values appearances. Their appearance measures how much power they have in society. But also what role they'll play in life. And she's out of shape overweight and unattractive. But even through physically she bigger then all the girls around her she felt like the smallest most insignificant human in existence. Her family didn't even consider her a person but an object. With no chance at happyness. she wasn't even allowed to live in the main family house which was a huge luxurious mansion. On her family's astate. Sumter family was actually the most wealthy because they were the most beautiful. Which is why they always seen her as such an eye sore. They made her living in shed. Act as a maid which met serving her siblings hand and foot. They treated her no better than an animal a dirty little secret that is until. She as they say in the stories became a beautiful swan. But she didn't become a swan. She became something far more incredible. something far more beautiful than any human could imagine that pocessed true power. As well as internal youth.Terminé
