A My Singing Monsters AU inspired by Kyurem from Pokémon (Gen 5 is literally so peak)
It all started with a phone call from your sister, Common Wubbox; Plant Wub has gone missing. Something, or someone, had taken him, and left no trace.
For as long as Gold Wubbox had existed, he'd always felt incomplete, like a crucial part of his system was missing. He was incomplete. And there was only one thing that could satiate his void.
As you track Gold Wubbox throughout the monster world, you get to pick and chose your encounters and how you face them, will you attempt to try and change his mind, or will you fight to the bitter end. Yet, whichever path you take will always lead to the same outcome, so follow your heart and chose whatever path you desire, you'll still be the hero at the end of the day.

Rein, on the cusp on adulthood, found his family and town destroyed by forces beyond his understanding. Thus, the destiny within his heart called to him to seek out the cause of his calamity. So begins his journey as an advancer-- a title given to those who use magic to shape the world to their will. I've always been a fan of progression fantasy. However, I do feel disappointed by many of them, with too many characters that vanish into irrelevancy, sometimes arcs that are overly repetitive and a lack of characters ideals. In this story, I aim to instill more character ideals, motivations, and integrate said characters throughout the story, and ensure their interaction with the main character remain relevant to his heart. Perhaps, it's best to say I want the story to have a 'human spirit' that one could feel in old-school wuxia and action/adventure stories.
