Ugly Ducklings (Miku Nakano x Original Character)

Yugen Katayama... a boy who has lost a lot in the past 5 years. He was involved in a three-way car accident that took the life of his mother and others. Now, he's stuck in a house without his father, who abandoned him and his siblings after the wreck, an older brother who has locked himself in his room and refuses to leave, and a little sister who lashes out at everyone around her.

The other thing is is that Yugen... isn't very handsome, you could say. In fact, he's downright hideous to some. He was born with a face that just... wasn't right, but even though he was mocked constantly... he always had his mother to turn to, but now that shes gone, hes having to take care of his older brother and younger sister while also going to a school and a part time job where everyone harasses him and he is barely holding it together.

However, one day, the "Nakano Quintuplets" transfer to his school, and within them, he meets Miku, who he bonds with. Because of this, however, he ends up getting involved with some messy family drama the Nakano's have, and from there, while his life does seem to get better... there's also a lot of chaos, and the boundaries of family and beauty are tested as his world turns from upside down... into something WAY more chaotic.
