As of this evening, authorities are responding to multiple reports of violent incidents involving individuals exhibiting erratic, aggressive behavior and a lack of normal pain response. The cause of this behavior is currently unknown. Preliminary information suggests these individuals may pose a serious risk to public safety.
All residents of Seoul are instructed to stay indoors, lock all doors and windows, and avoid contact with any person displaying unusual and violent behavior. Do not attempt to approach. If you witness such activity, contact emergency services immediately.
