20 Years ago two families the Khannas and the Asifs moved into the same neighborhood in USA One Indian and one Pakistani, in a strange land where they were the only Desi's, friendship automatically developed.
Hussain Asif and Mehak Khanna grew up together. Childhood best friends, they went to the same preschool, Junior school and High school. He completed her sentences, while she read his mind. He helped her break up with silly guys, while she helped him date silly girls. What also connected them and made their friendship even more special was that they were connected by fate, although they didn't know it.

But like all the great love stories, theirs wasn't a simple one either. Fate had written much pain, separation and heartbreak for both of them before deciding to unite them for eternity.
