When Eleanor was taken in by the Ministry of Magic, the entirety of her life switched up in a matter of days. She lost everything she'd known: her family, her locked-in-a-castle lifestyle, and her one and only friend. For someone who'd never experienced magic, Hogwarts was mortifying as much as it was a breath of fresh air.
At first, it was challenging. Eleanor had abilities that the other students didn't display. She could hear things they couldn't, and the world became too loud. Lucky for her, she had a voice to navigate her through it.
