Amby is on the run from the police, while escaping she falls from the tree near her home, only to meet a strange man in a top hat who makes a sort of compromise with her. Creating a new life for herself, she soon finds trouble with an old friend.

**Y/n POV** Well... This was weird. Scrolling through YouTube in the middle of the night has its downsides. I was so excited when I saw dead plate, a full playthrough with several endings. It was rather unfortunate I couldn't find out where to get it, but that's what the videos are for. To play the game FOR you. Watching the playthrough was enjoyable; but a part of me wished that I could help Rody and Vince. Neither of them deserved the harsh endings, but it wasn't fulfilling to watch Rody call Manon, getting no answer. When I woke up in an apartment that wasn't mine, I was so confused. On my bedside table laid bandages and a note, saying, 'Good luck, Y/n. Here's to a better ending.' Sometimes, wishes do come true. Out of all my wishes, this was probably the worst one to grant. **Author POV** This is DEAD PLATE.
