Emmet Swan has been on his own ever since he was a baby. Safe to say, he knows how to take care of himself. But one day, when the son he gave up years ago comes knocking on his door, everything changes. Henry, now 10 years old, asks for his help and believes that Emmet is the product of true love between Prince Charming and Snow White. According to his book of fairytales, they sent him away to protect him from the Evil Queen's curse which trapped everyone in the Enchanted Forest in a little small town in Maine; Storybrooke. Unable to believe a word Henry says about these fairytales, he still brings him back home. Yet, somehow, Emmet finds himself drawn to this 10-year-old boy and this unusual, Main England town.

But when Regina casts her curse some of the people of the enchanted forest got stuck behind and we frozen for 28 years.
