In this story Belarion is still alive although Viserys rarely rides due to his illness. Visenya is an oc character (obviously I'm not the first to have thought of her but still)
Visenya Velaryon is the first born daughter of Rheanyra Targaryen and Leanor Velaryon. She is the heir to the iron throne after her mother and all her life she was preparing for the role. Her hair was silver with dark black highlights all over it which was a subject risen by some to question her legitimacy. She and her brothers where very close and she was close friends with Aegon until she cut Aemonds eye out to defend herself and her brothers. That put further distance between her relationship with Aemond who she always hated.
After her mother and siblings left for Dragonstone she returned five years later in KingsLanding to claim her mothers seat in the small council as she had instructed
