It's been a month since Albus and Scorpius got back from their ill-advised crusade through time. But things will never be the same as old feelings finally come to light. From the trauma that refuses to stay in the past, to the family tension that has never been resolved, it still seems the only people the two can rely on is each other. After a panic attack leaves Scorpius unable to attend Hogwarts, the distance between the two friends is enough to cause startling realizations. The Inevitable Fate
After defeating Delphi, Albus and Scorpius are back in Hogwarts, right in the middle of their fifth year. Things are wholly different, now. Scorpius and Rose are dating, walking hand-in-hand in the corridors and Albus cannot help but feel jealous of the two. The sweltering question was: why was he jealous? Some things, however, remained the same. The bullies. The prejudice. The uncertainty. But that wasn't the worst of it. Albus thought he could forget about the horrors of what had happened last year with Delphi, but after a sinister lesson orchestrated by a familiar face, it seems that the past has a firm grip on both Albus and Scorpius. This story takes place AFTER the Cursed Child. Scorpius is in love with Rose, he's been love struck since the day he met her. He loved everything about her, her hair, her eyes, her intelligence, her wit, and her sass. No one was better than Rose, and he was determined to make her his- even if it meant waiting along with years of persuasion. Albus is in love with Scorpius. And who wouldn't be? What with the boy's personality, his geekiness, his cleverness, and his sense of humor, anyone would love him. Nyx Light is a fifth year from the United States. She moved to London with her family, and being part of the wizarding world, she had gone to Ilvermorny and was in the house of Pukwudgie. She'll find that things at Hogwarts are very different from what she's used to at home. And along with her, may come some interesting visitors. With new friends and old alike, there will be mischief to be managed, and adventures that are waiting, this year will be one of the best yet, and many more great years will follow.
