K-DRAMA. (The Idols assistant).

The story follows Mei-Lin, a Chinese girl who has been a huge fan of the K-pop boy group Lumina for four years. One day, she stumbles upon what she assumes is a fake online application for the position of an idol assistant. On a whim, she fills it out writing an introduction and detailing her admiration for the group not expecting anything to come from it. To her shock, she gets selected. Almost everyone in the group approves of her... except Donghyun.

Donghyun, her ultimate bias, carries a dark past involving Chinese people because his ex-girlfriend, who was Chinese, broke him deeply. This makes him cold and distant towards Mei-Lin despite her excitement and admiration. On the other hand, Lee Minjae, Lumina's leader, develops quiet feelings for Mei-Lin. There's constant unspoken tension between Minjae and Donghyun, especially as Mei-Lin gravitates toward Donghyun without realizing Minjae likes her.

As the story unfolds, Mei-Lin goes to train as a qualified assistant and comes back a different person. cold, emotionless, hot and strict. but what couldn't change was her attraction to donghyun.
meilin struggles to navigate the glamorous but dark world of K-pop, where strict rules, mental strain, hidden scandals, and industry manipulation shadow the sparkling image projected to the public. Slowly, Mei-Lin and Donghyun develop chemistry as he begins to heal from his past, but this complicates things with Minjae and donghyun ex girlfriend comes into picture creating a tangled web of emotions, jealousy, and desire, all while Mei-Lin uncovers secrets about the K-pop world she never expected.
