Kayla is a normal 19 year old who recently graduated from high school. The thing about Kayla is that she has Cystic Fibrosis, a lung disease. Kayla always goes to camp and gets a mentor from the music business. This year Kayla and her four best friends are going to be mentored and living with the very famous One Direction! Good, right? Not for Kayla. When the boys start building relationships with her and the girls, she tells them something that she has hidden from everyone forever. What will happen when that secret is told and everyone at camp knows? Will Kayla make it through the summer with her friends by her side or will she lose the only friends she has ever known?
