They're the supernatural world's pest control. When predators dress up as princes, someone has to take out the trash. When vampires, werewolves, and demons start hunting humans, the Vashirai deploy their most efficient solution: The Killers' Unit. Five elite operatives. Zero tolerance for predators. One hundred percent elimination rate. From Silicon Valley vampire CEOs to werewolf motorcycle clubs, from demon dating apps to fae princes with kidnapping habits-the unit specializes in eliminating supernatural predators, many of whom prey on unsuspecting mortals seeking their love. Because sometimes Prince Charming is just a possession spirit in a nice suit. And someone has to take out the trash. A darkly comedic action series set in the Resonance War universe. Each novella follows a new mission as the unit dismantles another supernatural predator ring, one dead alpha at a time. #DarkComedy #Action #Supernatural #Satire #TeamDynamics #VampireHunters #WerewolfHunters #ParanormalSatire

ranked #49 in hiding I was suddenly just so angry that I was living in fear of this kind of attack. Why? Because we were different. Because we weren't human, and we didn't live in the darkness, and so we were attacked from both sides, always having to look for an escape route. So I snapped, and instead of running towards the door like I knew I should have, I threw a punch that was supposed to land in his rib cage, hopefully breaking a few and causing enough internal damage that he would be down for a while. But that didn't happen, because once that punch was thrown my attacker grabbed my wrist and threw me against the wall and stabbed me with a stake that ripped right through my red skull kitty tank top and cut into the flesh that covered my heart. That was when I heard the slow chuckle and that annoying voice I knew all too well say, "Not bad, but you're still dead."
