Inside the walls of a quiet hospital, the patients whisper of songs only they can hear. They talk of stages that don't exist, of voices that call their names in the dark. Each carries a world of their own-bright, familiar, beautiful-but stitched together by shadows.

The doctors call them delusions. The patients call them hope.
But when every melody begins to fracture, the line between dream and truth threatens to disappear.
