Almost lovers, always friends

Simon and Wilhelm have been best friends for as long as they can remember, sharing a home and a bond that's always felt unbreakable. Simon is openly gay, Wilhelm, probably the straightest person he knows. For years, that difference never mattered-until Simon starts feeling something deeper, something confusing, every time Wilhelm touches him or teases him without meaning to.

But Wilhelm's reckless nights, filled with strangers and careless hookups in their shared apartment, ignite a fire of anger and hurt inside Simon. The boundaries of their friendship begin to crack as Simon struggles to push his feelings aside while coping with Wilhelm's thoughtlessness.
