this fic is based on Dave's time with Queens of the Stone Age!!
Jody Homme is the twin sister of Queens of the Stone Age front man Josh Homme. She had always felt kind of down compared to her brother in talent. Jody had always hung out with the guys in the band because of Josh, of course. Things had always been normal with them until late 2001 when someone new joined the band.
When it felt like Foo Fighters was going through a rough patch, Dave decided to take a break. He decided to join his friend, Josh Homme's, band. After meeting Jody, it feels like his whole world changes.
