Malachi Barton and Freya Skye are cast as the leads in the school's biggest production of the year. Both are used to getting their way-Malachi with his charm and natural confidence, Freya with her sharp wit and perfectionist streak. They clash constantly during rehearsals, arguing over lines, blocking, and creative choices.

But as opening night approaches, they're forced to spend more time together-late rehearsals, shared costume mishaps, and high-pressure performances. Beneath the rivalry, they begin to notice unexpected things: the way Malachi quietly supports others, Freya's vulnerability under her confident facade. The tension between them slowly shifts from irritation to curiosity... and maybe something more.
