In a society full of homophobic people, two best friends - Dr. Tarun Kapoor and ACP Jatin Khurana - found love and solace in each other. Under hilarious circumstances, they realised their sexuality and decided to give their relationship a try - away from all the preying eyes. Jatin, a half north-east Indian man - who is an orphan - was raised by the Kapoor family. He grew up with two Kapoor kids, Tarun - who later became his best friend, and Nikita - who was like a sister to him. He grew up and was selected for the ACP training program. During his time training in Delhi, he realised his sexuality and discovered his romantic feelings for his best friend. Despite living in a society full of homophobic people, Tarun and Jatin acknowledged their feelings and vowed to never let go of each other's hands. Their relationship is built on mutual understanding, trust, and loyalty, nurtured by the love that blossoms between them. Their relationship - it is a sweet little secret of their own. The story also portrays the societal and familial consequences faced by a homosexual couple after their sexuality is revealed. It portrays how both the male leads became each other's support - despite all the struggles. The story is educational as well. It portrays how homosexuality has always been a part of our culture. Many ancient temples have paintings and statues of same sex couples, and there are many LGBTQA+ gods in Indian mythology as well. It is natural and has been documented across 1500 species of birds and animals, too. The story makes it easy to understand the bond between two people who love each other unconditionally - regardless their gender. The book features elaborate and passionate romantic scenes with moments of tenderness that convey the intensity of their love. They galvanise the emotional moments and fortify their bond.
