Piper Saunders hasn't exactly had the easiest life. She had autism as long as she can remember, something that usually doesn't bother her apart from the constant judgment from others, and she had very few chances to learn or achieve anything in her career. Liam Thompson has always been known as a popular figure in his life, with many friends, a close relationship with his family, and has consistently succeeded in his job. He has never had to try for anything in his life; it's all been handed to him. When Liam is transferred to the company's Rainbow Heights office, he is shocked at how different things are. When he meets Piper, he sees something in her and gives her the chance to succeed. What he doesn't expect is to start developing feelings for her. The chemistry is undeniable, and the two share plenty of heated romantic moments but are both too scared to admit their true feelings for each other, fearing it will ruin their workplace dynamics, or in Piper's case, the chance to have her first-ever relationship. Will they confess their feelings or will their chemistry remain unspoken.

Cold, sharp, impossible to ignore. From the start, he gets under her skin, challenging her, frustrating her-tempting her in ways she refuses to acknowledge. She hates him. He doesn't like her either. At least, that's what they keep telling themselves. But tension has a way of unraveling, and some lines-once crossed-can never be undone. "We shouldn't," he breathes against my lips. But he doesn't move away. "I don't care," I whisper back... 🔥 Mature Content | Slow-Burn | Enemies to Forbidden Lovers 🔥
