A dangerous variable fleeing from its realm to escape control, Nova Graves has always been a quiet kid, created from a slice of the original Mind Flayer he took the appearance of a human to hide himself in the right side up, now, a student at Hawkins Middle School, he has to understand this new world and find who he is.
Though... that was the plan, he now finds himself pulled into the upside down and into danger of discovery yet again, at least he's not alone for the ride this time.

But without eleven obtaining her abilities anymore, will she still be able to pull off saving humanity once more? Or is the mind flayer much more powerful than he was before?
