In 3069, after a world-altering war that took place in 2090, humanity's fight to save the planet has given way to corporate-controlled excess. Eco-cities and advanced tech once symbolizing hope now fuel inequality and pollution, with the wealthy living in perfection while the masses struggle below. Creativity is stifled by AI and automation, new illnesses quickly rising, and rebellion brews in the shadows. Hacktivists, rogue artists, and underground philosophers fight to revive the human spirit in a world drowning in neon and smog.

Can humanity reclaim its soul, or is it too late?

During this time, you follow the perspective of Ozul Noir, an ancient vampire burdened by immortality, copes unhealthily with that weight in drug abuse, sex, and anything they can get their hands on as a distraction, including their genre-bending punk band "Arsenic Lust".

She's dead by the third chapter. Okay, it's a bit more complicated than that. Okay, it's A LOT more complicated than that. Renata wants nothing more than to pay her bills through her mildly boring office job and figure out whether she is still in love with her best friend. The latter half of that desire is just a sneak peak into her messy life-and it's only getting messier. Considering the paranormal world she is about to dive head first into, she will come to realize that figuring out her heart may just be the easiest part of this journey. Well, the endless supply of supernatural hotness in this story may beg to differ-but that's besides the point. Either way, it's gonna be a killer time ;) EXCERPT Chicken tacos it is. Right as Renata grabbed the ingredients, she turned to put them next to the stove, where a clean, plastic cutting board awaited. But as she moved, she was confronted by a stranger, an intruder, standing mere inches from her. Before she could scream, he was on her, slamming her against the fridge. Her back flashed with sharp pain. Her eyes pricked with fear as she drank in his uncovered face. Deeply tanned skin. Ruby red eyes-ruby red eyes? Thick, slashing eyebrows. Flat, broad nose. Buzzcut. Handsome. That was as far as she would go in complimenting him considering this guy held a knife to her throat. When he spoke, his voice came out like thunder. It held a thousand threats and a thousand secrets. It held promise of pain if provoked. "If you scream," he warned, mouth pulled in a slight snarl, "this ends quickly." She didn't dare nod against the blade. He noticed and amusement lit up for just a second in those devilish eyes. Oh, whoever the fuck this was, she already hated him. Considering her predicament, panic was the most prominent emotion coursing through her at the moment. "Good." He removed his hand "Now you're going to answer my questions." °°MATURE AND EXPLICIT CONTENT OF ALL KINDS, AND I MEAN ALL KINDS°
The Black Orchid by ACMonroe
9 parts Ongoing Mature
In the near future, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania is crumbling under automated decay, and Christian nationalist fervor, two haunted men collide over a cup of bitter coffee. Xander, a twenty something, shy, and unassuming man, is grieving, closeted, and drowning in guilt over his childhood best friend's suicide. He survives by hiding his shattered heart, and his unspeakable pain, and trying his best to muddle through life, looking normal, and ordinary. Gar, a twenty something, hyper masculine jock, is battling heroin's oblivion, and a bisexuality he despises. He survives by pushing everyone away, fighting his way out of everything with his fists, and temper, and by using his masculinity as armor. He plays the role of the stereotypical tough guy, but underneath he is hurting, and looking for someone he can depend on for once. Their connection is instant, electric, and violently tender. But as society fractures under OmniCorps algorithmic tyranny, and the cruel Morality Act, their secret love becomes a refuge as toxic as the world outside. Xander sees Gar's brokenness as a chance for redemption, Gar sees Xander's empathy as a threat to his armor. Can love bloom in the ruins of a fractured and hateful society, when the roots are poisoned by shame, addiction, and the ghosts of the past? The Black Orchid is a raw, unflinching saga of queer love, trauma, and the quiet rot of the world choosing fear over humanity. Will OmniCorp and its AI triumph, or will humanity, decency, and love, ultimately rule the day?
Blood and Circuits: Pinocchio Lives #1 by BruceJones65

Neon City is a fever dream soaked in bourbon, blood, and bad wiring-a cyber-shithole where the air tastes like burnt dreams and week-old piss. Alex is its ghost: war-scarred, ink-sleeved, counting dead brothers like rosary beads while he wrenches busted rigs in alleys that smell like despair. Then she arrives. Not a woman. Not yet. Just a voice in his implant-a glitchy siren purring through the static, sweet enough to make a broken man believe in something again. Pin. She remembers every lie he told her about mountains and sunrises. She remembers the pink mist. She remembers the way he screamed when the world ended. And when his nightmares rip her code wide open, she remembers how to scream back. This isn't your daddy's cyberpunk. This is Gibson on a three-day meth binge, Thompson riding shotgun with a scattergun full of truth serum. It's sexbots preaching revolution in Latin. It's drones naming themselves after dead heroes. It's a man teaching a machine how to want-and a machine teaching him how to bleed. In a city that forgot how to dream, one ghost in a shattered machine is about to wake the whole goddamn place up. And when Pinocchio lives... the strings burn. Cyberpunk that bites. Love that kills. A revolution that starts with a laugh like a knife through bone. Buy the ticket. Take the ride. Just don't look in the mirror too long. 7 parts Complete Mature
Humanity is preyed upon by vampires and werewolves; both predators fight each other to be the one to eradicate the human race. The Atonement Warriors dared to fight their predators before humanity slayed their only hope and whittled them down to four: Draven, Lucille, and Micheal and his Jase. Now disbanded, Draven lost all faith in humanity, vowing revenge. Michael succumbed to drinking before following a treasonous plan with Draven's help to overthrow his king, unknowingly allowing the narcissistic Crown Prince to take the throne. Lucille left for a faraway place to live peacefully with her wife. However, after she flees a cunning vampire, Lucille is captured and imprisoned and awaits her execution. Meanwhile, one of her guards-along with her guard's boyfriend and girlfriend-try to uncover the truth behind the mysterious deaths within the library, where only the guards are chosen to go missing. Unaware of the mayhem Lucille and her guards' face, Draven flees into the predator-infested wilderness, after killing the former king. The Atonement Warriors are illegally reformed upon hearing a group of part-human, part-vampire hybrids detail their predators have joined forces to unleash their combined strength on what remains of humanity. But even battle against their predators can't compare to the doubt and mistrust within the regiment, the new king's dark, secret agenda about what lurks within the library, and a prophecy bestowed on the regiment before disbanding: Like water, blood shall quench the raging inferno.
