Felicia is a young woman who recently finished high school, ready to make her mark on the world. She's the beloved daughter of Fashion Flambe co-founders Karen and Margaret Flambesta. While Felicia does take her mothers' fashion sense, she finds herself more into choosing her own path and rolling with the punches.

Boomer and her twin brother Baxter have only ever had each other. When their parents were lost when they were both teens, they both had to fend for themselves. While Boomer found herself being interested in becoming a daredevil and stuntwoman, Baxter found himself becoming well versed in gadgets and technology. They love each other dearly, but both siblings hope to find paths of their own, paths of romance and love that will help them stand out, even if they both stand out a lot on their own already.

What happens when Felicia sneaks into Starlight City against her mother Karen's will, and meets Boomer for the first time? What path of rebellious, self-prophetic chaos awaits these two ladies? And will a so called friendship boom into something more?
