Medora is 19 years old. She lives in a small town house on The Mountain of Willows. Medora, along with her friends, Maela Stonehart, Kieran Aldermar, and Nadia Evercrest, get chosen to join the 85th King's Games. The King's Games is a life or death situation. The games are tradition and chosen by the king himself. Once picked for the games you must choose by the end of the week if you want to participate or not.10 people from each town get chosen to play in these games. Overall, 50 people are chosen to join. If you win, the king grants you with the power to revive one of your friends from the dead. The only catch is that they don't know this is what they win till the end of the games and once they join the games, they cant leave no matter what. The games are very deadly games. In each game you have 24 hours to complete it. The contestants do not know their next game till the day of that game. In between games there will be balls and parties to celebrate how far the contestants have made it.
Will they make it out alive? Will their friendship be tested? Is everything going to be okay at the end?
